Who first came up with the idea that Dems would do better imitating Repubs as opposed to providing the American people with a strong contrasting alternative - and why should they still be in office? Primaries are when we have a chance to change the game. Candidatesummit.com

Look what just happened with Nina. Nothing is going to change until we don't vote, period.

The opposite is the case. And what are you thinking would happen if we just didn’t vote? That would just move things more quickly in the worst direction.

We don't want "Republican Lite" ... We want a clear alternative!

There must be human spiritual content in the change we all want. All progressives in congress are subdued. Politics is no good without relating to the nature of feeling human beings. The system is capitalist & psychopathic - that is what needs changing to save American humanity

Please Marianne, run as a socialist or communist and help to split the ticket with the minority of whackobirds out there! That way you can help us republicans win!

The biggest game changer for this current system would be ranked choice voting. Andrew Yang got behind that publicly. The idea did get some traction. We would have better choices if we had a better way to register those choices.

I absolutely love your enduring positive attitude and progressive polices but I think you're deluding yourself if you think we can change the game by playing the game. Build coalitions, start a publicly funded 3rd party, #DemExit and then we can talk about changing the system

Except we’ve seen how the primaries are owned by private companies calling themselves political parties. They controlled the last primary and forced everyone to “decide” on one of the least popular candidates who was NOT getting votes.
