Politics is a psychological battle. The alt right is pumped up on adrenaline, and corporate Dems by their own sense of self-importance. But a lot of left wing progressives are exhausted, frustrated, angry, and tell themselves politics is useless. So who do you think wins that one

Nobody wins as long as you and other people keep propping up a failed Democratic party. Its time to move on to 3rd parties, strike, and cause civil disobedience.

A mass exodus from the elitist political theater needs to occur. Stop participating in their charade and validating their existence in the process. Build parallel power and render them obsolete. Voting doesn't work, direct action does.

And so, what do you suggest for us? Any solutions? What can we do? How can we help? Exhausting? Yes, of course, but all need encouragement and I thought that was her game. #downer

I think a lot of "progressives" are realizing that our current political system is useless (which includes the Democrat party). They understand it's a system that inherently crushes and/or co-opts any attempt at "leftward" movement. So we have to find new ways outside the system

No one will win in this scenario. We are all poorer for it
