The Democratic Party did more to prevent Nina Turner from getting into Congress than it did to prevent forces of alt right extremism from taking away our abortion rights. They fight when they want to. Their handwringing now belies a failure to act on this when they could have.

At what point does it become a disqualification to even run as a Democrat? Logic suggests that such a point must exist, right? Why run as a "progressive" to enter a party so demonstrably opposed to progressive change? At some point, this question must compel an answer.

The Democrat Party is a right wing party who promises to be a centrist party. They use the Republicans to fearmonger people to support and vote for them. Does the GOP deserve that? Absolutely. The thing is that the Democrat Party should be feared as well. Both serve the 1%.
