Instead of creating a great company with the cooperation of the Union ... They are playing games like this ... that will ultimately hurt the company1

I remember when I worked for a company where customer sat was unionized-- not a move was made by mgt without checking with the union (teamsters) first

Divide work force by different titles that qualify an employee for specific pay. But say goodbye to customer service. See some of the telecommunications companies. Who is benefiting? Not the hard working employee
