A law telling a woman what she can and cannot do with her uterus is definitely government overreach.

I do not see how any principled conservative-people who don't believe the government has the ability to tell you to wear a mask-could possibly think the govt has the authority to tell a woman what to do with her womb.

I get it now The GOP has absolutely no policies that would attract women voters. However for some women that are anti-abortion they're seen as champions

Up to a point. There has to be SOME limitation. I now know too many wonderful human beings born as micro-preemies (one was 22 weeks). At some point it becomes wrong and disgusting.

That’s like saying a law cannot tell what people can or cannot do with their hands or any other parts of their body. Someone could go for murder! That’s why we have laws to begin with - to maintain order than causes for chaos from anarchy.

Government tried to mandate what individuals can and cannot do with their bodies during the pandemic. They were cheered on. This is just an extension of that loss of sovereignty. The government is claiming ownership of people's bodies.

So now you can vote for people who agree with you and change the laws. That’s what this ruling does.
