A law telling a woman what she can and cannot do with her uterus is definitely government overreach.

All Scouts did was say abortion wasn’t a constitutional right. The Dems own the house, Senate and Whitehouse. Pass a 20 week abortion law that could get through, just don’t get too radical.

Thes is YOUR fault. 1. Overturning of super majorities led to a 6-3 SCOTUS. 2. Choosing to enforce vaccine and mask mandates weakened Roe's social relevance. Roe was THE law that protected our right to medical privacy. 1+2=RoeOverturned #BasicMath

Let me fix it for you. Killing your baby whenever you want should be legal. Disgusting.

That's not what this verdict would do. But, in fact, that is exactly what Roe v Wade does. It federally determines what a woman can do with her body. This verdict would simply make the laws a matter far state legislatures accountable to their constituents.

Didn’t Democrats just spend a year telling me men could have babies?
