Protecting abortion rights is not a midterm pitch—Democrats have the power now. We have the majority in Congress and we have the White House. Instead of drafting fundraising emails tonight, our elected leaders should be in DC voting to codify Roe & getting rid of the filibuster.

We need a complete reform of the federal court system. My proposal is this. 1. Sunshine in the courtroom Act 2.Supreme Court Ethics Act 3. A legislation that makes any federal court judges once they reach the age of 75 they are we're forced to retire from the bench

While @POTUS🤡 is jumping through flaming hoops backwards, trying to woo an intransigent #GOP, and @Sen_JoeManchin💩and @SenatorSinema💩 are fixated on raking in the $$$, they don't seem to realise that there's a WAR going on to save Democracy. ... Or maybe they just don't care.
