And Assange is the key to the Russian collusion conspiracy theory. Remember, he was the guy who published the DNC emails. The conspiracy theory says he got them from “The Russians” who gave them to him in order to help Trump win the 2016 election. Assange says it wasn’t Russians.

What Julian #Assange is alleged to have done would be a crime here too. We need to campaign for whistleblower protection laws. Meanwhile he’d be better advised to do a plea bargain (based on time served) so that he is immediately released from gaol and reunited with his family.
