Voters will be able to vote in their states on the issue of abortion instead of it being Federal law. Abortion will still be a choice for women on this issue. This is just another Democrat political game.

Not quite sure that’s how it works, laws are found to be unconstitutional ALL the time. The only way around the unconstitutional argument would be making it part of the constitution - an amendment. (Same for Healthcare and other progressive wishes).
