I have a sneaking suspicion that someone coming around to endorse a candidate twelve hours before the election has done so because she got wind of the fact that said candidate just might win.

AOC endorsed her early in 2021 and a ton of centrist/AIPAC money flooded the race to kneecap Turner. Just maybe she didn't want to put a big target on her back again; try to catch em off guard, let em think she's weak and without support, not unlike how she won her own race.
