lol Joe Manchin brags about sinking Build Back Better in an ad he just cut for a Republican candidate for Congress. Democrats were never going to get this guy on board for any part of their agenda.

I'm no fan of Manchin politics but not Build Back Better either. Too large a package with Corporate bailouts included. Break into easy to understand parts with clear language. Instead of line item veto. Line item legislation. Doesn't have to be complicated
