Shocking to me how many people say "Absolutely not!" about their tax dollars paying for someone else being educated, but didn't seem to have too much of a problem with their tax dollars paying to bomb someone else to smithereens. What do you think our tax dollars go towards now??

If people can get a Hyde Amendment not wanting their federal tax dollars to pay for abortions, where's my version of that amendment so I can refuse to have my tax dollars pay for murderous wars?

Well, dems seem pretty happy about sending billions in weaponry to Ukraine every week.

We have a lot of people who are scared or pissed off that someone who they don't agree with might have a easier time than they did. The "hey I had to suffer so they should suffer to" group. Progress for a society has to be for all. Not some or just a fraction. All.

Why people think that the only ones suffering are the ones that went to university ? drop the interest rate to 1% if you want to do something to help them

Guess what? Many of us don't want either one. Have integrity and pay back the LOAN you chose and promised to pay back. And stop blowing up other countries too.

Imagining a world with free health care, housing and education provided to all? Just because it’s totally doable? A Healthier, securely sheltered, better educated populace. Horrible!

Actually, our federal tax dollars don't "go for" anything, as they're simply the mechanism for taking money out of circulation to control inflation. Taxes only pay for services on the state and local levels.

Or PPP loans being used by people and corporations that didn’t need it and then being forgiven. Tax dollars for executive windfalls is A-Okay?
