Shocking to me how many people say "Absolutely not!" about their tax dollars paying for someone else being educated, but didn't seem to have too much of a problem with their tax dollars paying to bomb someone else to smithereens. What do you think our tax dollars go towards now??

The concept with bombing people and buildings to smithereens is that it is done to protecting our family and loved ones here in the homeland. You do understand that Marianne, don’t you?

Tax dollars going to rich arrogant students who flunk out and who want debt relief to go to the casinos to gamble more.

@marwilliamson, federal taxes, unlike state and local taxes, remove $USDs from the money supply. Spendable currency doesn't exist outside of the money supply. Federal taxation destroys $USDs. US citizens do not finance US Govt spending. US Govt spending finances US citizens 1st.

Lesson to learn: Don't seek out and sign for loans that you might have a hard time repaying. You aren't special. Like everyone else, you have to work out repayment plans for the money you owe.

Medicare for all, student loan debt relief, end homelessness. They say we can't afford it where will we get the money?? Send billions to ukraine we just miraculously come up with the $ while gas prices are higher food rent etc. How people are ok with this is beyond me 🤔

Idk- how about we stop doing both? Our national debt is $30 trillion with skyrocketing inflation and housing prices- the last thing we need to do is pay of the debt of those who are technically the “most fortunate” out of us as they went to college.

I have huge problem with my taxes being used for war but I don’t get to decide its use. The government that took my money to fund that action is to blame. Now they’ll also take my money for student debt relief. How about giving me back what I paid off too?

Lol no, most people do in fact have a problem with our tax $ funding bombs in other countries. We ALSO don't want MORE tax $ to pay for other people's loan mistakes.

If you study modern monetary theory, it becomes incontrovertible that fed taxes don't FUND spending, money is spent into existence as debt. Sovereign currency issuers aren't limited by funds, they print it on command. Plz get rid of these false assumptions rb.gy/astdey
