Shocking to me how many people say "Absolutely not!" about their tax dollars paying for someone else being educated, but didn't seem to have too much of a problem with their tax dollars paying to bomb someone else to smithereens. What do you think our tax dollars go towards now??

If we stopped bombing people and rerouted that tax money to debt relief, I could live with that. Unfortunately, they aren't willing to make any cuts to take care of us. They're only willing to add to the debt endlessly.

No tax dollars would go into writing off insolvent federal student debt. It would cost...nothing. It's merely foregoing future interest, which we literally do not need. Biden can choose NOT to do it. That'd be a policy choice. A political and moral choice. Not an economic one.

My father paid property taxes, (used for public schools), for 26 years while putting 4 of us through private Catholic schools. He never once complained. What has happened to us?

College debt forgiveness has nothing to do with taxes.

Federal Taxes Do Not Fund Spending. And you already know that so why are you misinforming the public?
