The idea that I suffered therefore you should suffer too, when the truth of the matter is that neither of you should have ever had to suffer since financial institutions were just making billions of dollars off your suffering, is a feeling I don’t understand. #CancelStudentDebt

You borrow from a bank and sign an agreement to pay it back. That's how it works. Your canceling student debt ideas are idiotic. Go read an economics book.

That isn’t the feeling underlying opposition to “cancelling” student debt. It’s not a desire for anyone to suffer, it’s a refusal to unfairly shift a financial burden from people that agreed to the specific obligation to people who didn’t.

Yes. Reminded of the women who are so-called prolife because 1) she herself can’t have children 2) her own baby died at a young age or 3) any other self centered reason one can think of. Makes #conspiracywonder wonder: Who died & made others the arbiter of personal choice⁉️

What about people who went to community college or not their first choice school so they did not accumulate debt?

I don’t understand this either but it does make me feel less bad that climate change will destroy these people

Suffering through university is the same as suffering through government imposed lockdowns.

All Student Debt
I went and got my degree and paid out of pocket the entire time. But I'm not an asshole. I recognize how lucky I was to be able to even do that. I don't play the "I got mine, Jack" game. End the debt now.

Punish success and reward failure. The socialist way

This is a disingenuous take. Many students worked their way through college or chose cheaper state schools while their friends took out massive student loans and partied. Now you want the financially responsible ones to pay yet again!
