Does this mean 'a Hitler' has free reign to perpetuate an inhumane ideology (genocide) because then a humanity advocate could be thwarted too? Are the masses powerful enough to protect basic rights for good or rendered too weak by 'the state' who dictate control even massacre us?

Are people not responsible or accountable for the words they say? Some words, especially when spoken from places of power or are normalized, are violence in and of themselves. I do not get this free pass because it's speech thing. It enables hate and violence to spread.
