SCOTUS ruled 5-4 last week to reinstate Trump era policy that strips the Clean Water Act of power to protect freshwater rivers & lakes. CWA protected us from corporations dumping agents known to cause cancer, disease & nerve damage. This is the meaning of a corporatist court.

Next time someone says "But how could you vote for a Democrat when there's really no difference between the parties?", point to this. There is definitely not ENOUGH difference, but there is a difference - and SCOTUS picks is a big one.

So its okay to allow big american corporations to destroy other countries waterways with toxic waste but not ours. Okay, clueless hypocrite. You should research what i said before posting a reply. Seriously I would do that.

Unless people stop enabling corporatists this will be an endless loop of half measures and apathy.

I'm sure there is more to this than what you have stated! SCOTUS don't just agree with corp. polluting our water! There has to be a lot more you are not aware of!

If the Democrats cared, they would have abolished the filibuster, packed the courts, and passed voting rights laws that effectively end the GOP. They care more about having "a strong GOP", serving their donors, and using SCOTUS as a scapegoat than doing good for the country

Oh I don’t think so. The court knows what it’s doing and there must have been unconstitutional over reach in the act, Dems can make a new clean water bill and correct the problem that got it overturned, they have all 3 branches of government. can’t survive without clean water.
