nothing in Article II says he can cancel the debt. Americans with income over $74,000 owe 60% of the total public student loan debt. average annual wage in 2019 in the US was $51,916.27, and the median annual wage was $34,248.45. taxpayers should not have to pick up their tab.

It would help so many Americans financially and strategically be the difference in him being re-elected. Everyone wins. It’s a great bipartisan move because both registered Republicans and Democrats have large student debts.
