When she says this, she means she wants more public spending in these areas. We've never spent more money on these things publicly than we do right now, it's not even close. Yet she sees this turmoil, and just asks for more? Blows me away she was a presidential contender.

2/ - education, culture, good food, health care, the arts. If we made those things our priority investments, within 10 years a majority of our societal dysfunctions would disappear.
