wrong again marianne. he was detained lawfully…was not searched, resisted, wrestled tazer away… the only thing ill say is that if the officer had no shots left in his tazer, then the tazer is no longer a justification. that is the question that needs to he asked

did the tazer have the capability of firing more charges? if yes, justified shooting, if no, possibly still justified, but possibly murder.
