The economic system is created and maintained by humanity. What we really have now is part of humanity in servitude to an economic system supported by another part of humanity, which couldn't care less about the deepest needs of the first part.

You cannot be for capitalism.

Capitalism and for-profit healthcare are incompatible with human health. These corporations exist to make billions in profit, standing between Doctors and patients, denying care, making debtors of the sick. They are ghouls just like the warmongers that spend trillions on war.
