This is outrageous. Of course the arbitrator ruled they violated no POLICE POLICY. So it is now official policy that Cops can brutalize senior citizens for the hell of it.

Cop actually stepped out of his way to reach and shove the guy. A month in hospital, skull fracture, battery of tests & related services to save his life and will pay med bills the rest of his life. Cop(s) while "protecting & serving" didn't give a flicker of humanity. Monsters.

You can clearly see the man is much larger than the officers and he reached out to one of them. He was aggressively interacting with the officers, so they had to stop him. If the officers were not as small, maybe they would not have been as aggressive in their behavior.
