Yes the Harvard elite picked justice is in the same category as a working class organizer that won against the biggest corporation in the country. Really smart take, and totally doesn’t play into driving the narrative into the status-quo

Christian Smalls was a victory for democracy and he now has a target on his back. The supreme court does the bidding of the establishment. New justice, Harvard education is just more identity politics.

Smalls' victory is impressive and could be the start of dramatic change in our economy. However, the ascension of another Harvard elitist to the court is hardly a blow to the status quo, even if it comes in a black package.
