Malfeasance in obtaining or executing a no-knock warrant where an innocent then dies should be punishable the same as when an unintended killing occurs in an armed robbery. Similar to my feeling about corrupt or shoddy prosecution-punishment should be in kind to the crime charged

its not disgusting marianne… the people, task police to take criminals into custody. they carried out a lawful warrant for the people, and were confronted with a gun, moments from death… they had no choice but to end this threat.
