The call to #CancelStudentDebt is getting louder and louder. Other advanced nations make higher education either free or very inexpensive. So should we.

What they should do is cancel all interest. Apply the interest paid against the original loan. Next get rid of the loan program. Have colleges and universities directly fund their students. That way they have a skin in the game

Our country is drowning in debt. Paying student loans would be almost two trillion dollars. Where is that money supposed to come from??? And McDonald’s employees should not have to pay for Ivy League educations.

This is complex. Student debt drove up prices in teh first place. Now cancelling lets those universities get away with it. the real question is, what are you/the Dems going to do to ensure it doesn't happen again? No one trusts you to solve this, you're just pandering.
