The War on Drugs began as a political hoax created by Richard Nixon as an act of political theatre. It has caused more suffering and death than the drugs themselves could have ever caused. Shame on every president since who didn’t have the nerve to say so.

I think you are partially wrong the wWar on Drugs was started by Nixon because he was a racist white supremacists and wanted to squash Blacks. You may be correct about who followed him
