.@POTUS could declassify marijuana from a Schedule 1 drug right now if he wanted to. It’s preposterous to have that power and not use it.

Marijuana should be legal nationwide. All marijuana convictions must be expunged. It is absurd that the federal government considers marijuana to be as dangerous as heroin.

It was more of a racial thing, a way to lock up more black males..that's the main reason. The other reason is the difficulty in taxing it. Almost anyone can grow it. Race and money. The foundation of this country.
