.@POTUS could declassify marijuana from a Schedule 1 drug right now if he wanted to. It’s preposterous to have that power and not use it.

Marijuana should be legal nationwide. All marijuana convictions must be expunged. It is absurd that the federal government considers marijuana to be as dangerous as heroin.

It really is. Even inconsistent with state law. Schedule 1 means "drugs with no currently accepted medical value", but there are state wise laws for medical marijuana.
