Enabling homeless people to live on the street that has harsh Winters is not a compassionate act. NYC has a massive shelter infrastructure which is not perfect but it's a hard problem.

It seems like a poorly considered criticism, unless you also discuss the allegedly disgusting housing situations that the homeless are being forced into. Or maybe a blanket statement about "all the homeless housing" can't be made... Some better, some worse? All blame for Adams?

If you’re mayor and you decide to break up homeless encampments without providing housing and care for the people displaced, then fuck you. No problem has been solved; it has only been made worse.
