Allowing people to live in the public right of ways is wrong, no matter how you look at it. That space is designated as a “right of way” and should never be used for “living”.

Multibillionnaires should massively invest in infrastructures to accommodate homeless. That could be self-contained small units in cities throughout the countries. Did this idea ever come to the mind of Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffet, Elon Musk and other multibillionnaires?

Homeless encampments are hardly appropriate dwellings, the US is wealthy enough to take seriously care of the abject misery I observe on a daily basis on our streets parks and subways.
