To me the most enlightened economies are hybrids of socialism and capitalism, as in certain Scandinavian countries.

Let’s go for Solidarity economy- people and planet first - Democratic ownership! Those of us grassroots organizing are ok with starting parallel structures now within capitalism (CLT’s worker co-ops, co-op housing and the like!)

She’s right. ‘Labor’ movement means union building and demanding better conditions at your job. The destruction of capitalism would result from people abandoning wage jobs and working together as communities. Eliminating fiat currency would eliminate this version of capitalism ,
