To me the most enlightened economies are hybrids of socialism and capitalism, as in certain Scandinavian countries.

So far Capitalism was tilted towards customers and stockholders. Labor’s involvement and needs were considered at a minimal level. Now hopefully this will be balanced and all the stakeholders will be able to take part in this game more actively in a just way.
