Yes.
There are 7 “centibillionaires” in the US worth $100 billion or more. Each of them can: Give every teacher in America an $8000 raise for 5 years, or wipe out all US medical debt, or provide shelter for every homeless person in America. A billionaire tax should be a no-brainer.

This is most likely Unconstitutional. You are advocating for the seizure of wealth. If you think it will stop at a few billionaires, you should read history. Taxes like these always get expanded.
