Not holding people accountable for assault is not "taking the high road." The high road would be demonstrating to millions of kids who watched it on TV that they'd be held accountable for physical assault on a person, no matter the reason & no matter how rich & powerful they are.

That's the job of the LAPD. They don't need Chris Rock's blessing when the assault is on tape.

There is law for the poor and law for the rich. But unfortunately, because these laws are not solely based on race, creed or religion, we can’t call these laws apartheid laws.

If Chris presses charges, Will faces potential 6 months and jail and 100k fine. Why does everyone think Will gets a pass?

Ok but who is going to hold people accountable for the words they choose, insults they make, mocking etc., Sometimes words hurt more than a physical attack. So people should choose their words wisely and take the responsibility.

…. What about the perspective of a black man standing up for the dignity of his wife his family… I saw a free black man stand up for what’s right! I find it humorous that those who claim most tolerance now want him to suffer consequences.. yet silence too is also violence..

Y'all don't get to speak on this. It didn't involve ppl who look like you. Y'all have shown children that getting gunned down by the police is in their future and treat dogs better than BP. SHUTUP! Y'all treat animals better than humans. Millions of kids have been shown THAT!
