Not holding people accountable for assault is not "taking the high road." The high road would be demonstrating to millions of kids who watched it on TV that they'd be held accountable for physical assault on a person, no matter the reason & no matter how rich & powerful they are.

Chris Rock went after Jada Smith at the 2016 Oscars and ive read he has repeatedly gone after her ever since .. he also knew she had the autoimmune disease .. I think it was a cheap shot .. and it encourages and is endemic of the level of Vitriol that is present in modern society

What about bullying and ridiculing a woman because our her appearance as a result of an illness? I agreed with you that physical violence is not acceptable but until when can comedians continue crossing the line?

With all do respect, please be quiet. Black folx are held accountable and responsible for every damn thing that’s wrong in this world. He is being held to account by his community, which does not have to include locking another Black man up in jail for an altercation.

I live in Hollywood and have my entire life. Things are never what they seem. Acting is what actors do. It’s all a grand stage to get the energy flowing in their direction.

Criminal defense law firm in California says, “Victims don't decide when charges are filed in a criminal case.” It’s consistent with statements from other lawyers. egattorneys.com/criminal-cas…
