A wealth tax of 2% on over $50M & another 1% over $1B would never even be felt in the daily lives of those taxed. There is something so warped about trying to protect the wealth of those who already have so much, while voting to crush the opportunities of those who have so little

We have that because we have a society that tolerates it Also everyone in our society wants to get that kind of power over the species so they allow it in hopes of gaining that same power for themselves. The species needs a mission.

In 2019 the U.S. government received $3.5 TRILLION in taxes. $3.5 TRILLION!!! What the heck do they spend it on? We have got to start focusing on government waste and stop just giving them more to waste. I don’t disagree billionaire’s should pay , but how’s that help anyone?

Why not just print more money and just give it to poor people?

Tax is not the solution, it doesn't address the actual cause of anything and it fails to distribute to those most in need... wake up

With octet 130 billionaires having bankrolled Biden's Presidential run, good luck getting him to push this.

Impossible to audit. Imagine a wealth tax on your own assets and this will be self evident.

I think I’d prefer that the oligarchs felt the wealth tax more.
