You believe the guy starving 22.8 million in Afghanistan, with US children having a 70% higher mortality rate than other wealthy countries he increased US child poverty by 41% while bragging about the low unemployment numbers is actually going to go against his donors?
A better idea would be a flat tax. Have the first 75000 dollars of income be non-taxable, then tax everybody at 20 percent above the 75000. The ones who need it the most would benefit the most and the rest would be taxes equally.
