The way to reduce America’s dependence on Russian oil and gas is to inaugurate a warp speed effort, using the Defense Production Act, to transition in a just way from a dirty to a clean economy. Whoredom to autocratic states and further destruction of the earth is not the answer.

I completely agree. Unless @POTUS can executive order though, how else can we move it through? Ironically I just got an email from Eversource that electricity delivery is rising in 2023.
