I have heard there are “tactical nuclear arms” that kill ppl yet don’t destroy buildings and don’t leave radiation. 🙏🏻s for peace & safety for Ukrainians - seems good to help civilians leave part of Ukraine for awhile.

....this has literally always been the case though The difference between tactical (small, used on the battlefield) and strategic (large, meant for state-on-state, anti-city attacks) nuclear weapons. And if Kyiv is nuked we still won't get directly involved
