The sheer folly of this proposal, as with many others, such as single payer medical insurance is that it is absurd to compare the USA with other smaller countries. We are #3 in land mass, and #3 in population in the world. These things cannot scale up!! It’s total folly!

Then how do you explain China? Same landmass, 4 x more people, amazing high speed rail, and universal healthcare. Somebody has been feeding you bunk.

Amazing High Speed Rail? Then please watch this: youtube.com/ITvXlax4ZXk. It was built as an economic stimulus and doesn’t match the true transportation needs of the people. And as for universal medical care, would you trade our democracy for a dictatorship?

This site: focus.cbbc.org/how-chinas-he… states, “The benefits package in each case is defined by local governments, and therefore varies from province to province, and from city to city.” And that’s from a pro China business organization in the UK. Not “universal” in my opinion.

npr.org/sections/goatsandsod… This article discusses the problems caused by China’s policy shifts over the years. It also highlights differences between their culture, economy, and government regarding medical care. The complexities we face are real and have no easy solutions.

In conclusion, no one has been feeding me bunk. I have been looking at proposals in the U.S. for decades by now and have done plenty of research and engaged in numerous discussions regarding many of them. Change is coming from the bottom, up, from now on. Congress is toast.
Are you really comparing Chinese healthcare?😂 I lived in China for 3 years- their healthcare system is horrendous.
