Marina Ovsyannikova, an editor at a TV channel in Russia, interrupted a live broadcast with a sign that read “NO WAR. Stop the war. Don't believe the propaganda. They're lying to you here.” She has since been detained. This is an act of incredible courage.

It appears that I am being held to a standard of utmost accuracy for a tweet which is meant to highlight that I believe we should always be cautious about the motives of war criminals suddenly speaking out against the very crimes they have participated in.

While Zelensky himself mentions what this woman did, many Ukrainians speaking out unhappy with the way western (media) are portraying her and her actions. I think their perspectives deserve to be heard in this situation
