2/ Democrats used to stand unequivocally for the interests of working people in the United States. The Republicans were always more business-friendly, but they at least used to acknowledge there *was* a common good that needed protecting. Both are now corrupted by corporate cash.

The vast majority of congress is corrupt. They will never let Progressives become the majority or hold a major office. We saw how Bernie was marginalized - twice! USA is over. Stick a fork in it.
