The fact that one party is bad doesn’t necessarily mean that the other party is good. It’s amazing to me how many so-called anti-imperialists are only anti-imperialist if it’s American imperialism. If it’s Russia’s, well, yeah whatever.

Marianne, I know you come from a good place, but you are waaaaaay off here. If North Korea made a pact with Mexico and helped it join a military alliance that would deploy offensive weaponry in the border with the states. Do you think the US would not have to do something?

I would change “contributing factor” to the “main factor”, but either way begs the question, if the “parents” weren’t so abusive, would the mass murderer become a murderer? Potentially unknowable, but looking back at historical context, the answer is they would not have.

Do you have any concept of geopolitics? Russia said that Ukraine joining the West was a redline, this was even after the US told Russia we wouldn't expand NATO. US broke it's promise and staged a coup in 2014, that is why Russia invaded.
