So in other words, keep being dependent on Russian oil but don’t achieve energy independence in the United States. We’ve gone from a net exporter to a net importer of oil, and this is a grave national security threat. Your priorities are twisted.

The war in Ukraine is largely about advancing the US goal of shutting off Russia’s delivery of fossil fuels through pipelines so US companies can supply LNG and can develop fracking in Europe.
