US started this war in 2014 when it backed a coup that overthrew the elected gov't, selected the new leaders, empowered fascists who burned people alive, & poured in $2.7 billion in weapons to shell the resisters. We should do something: stop treating Ukraine as cannon fodder.

We can tell Ukraine we’re sorry for driving this wedge between them and their neighbors in Russia, using them as canon fodder. Tell them they are not going to be in NATO and agree to remove US weapons from Ukraine so the assault can end. That’s how we can help.

C14 was started as the youth wing of the Svoboda party, founded by Oleh Tyahnybok, pictured here with Biden in April 2014. C14 signed an agreement with Kiev's city government to patrol its streets in early 2018. Months later it began a campaign of pogroms against Romani camps.
