Suggesting we do nothing to support a country that is being ruthlessly invaded doesn't make you "anti-war."

US started this war in 2014 when it backed a coup that overthrew the elected gov't, selected the new leaders, empowered fascists who burned people alive, & poured in $2.7 billion in weapons to shell the resisters. We should do something: stop treating Ukraine as cannon fodder.

So to you that means doing nothing now? You think that’s a moral high ground?

I guess you’ve read this🙋🏼‍♂️ “democracy, in other words—that’s a concept we don’t have.” ~Chomsky, Noam. Understanding Power: The Indispensible Chomsky (pp. 132-133).
There’s no moral high ground for the U.S. to take here. We’ve already done so much damage in Ukraine and everywhere else we meddle. Why would intervening now be any different?

There's a lot we can do. Stop aggressing against Russia with sanctions and NATO expansion would be a good start. I'm sad to have lost you a voice of sanity.
Doing nothing is turning a blind eye to autrocities, which to say the least is the moral low ground. We tried that with Adolf, during 39. Delayed action created more death. Why would putin stop? If that can be answered than you've discovered a solution.

US anti-war citizens should be demanding their political leadership to stop proliferating conflict all over the world including in Ukraine. You should be calling for NATO to honour its promises to Russia, and retreat from the region. That is how we end this war.
Donbas region of Ukraine has been a real war of factions for 8 years! Pay attention plz
This is why you didn’t make my short list in the primary.
Yep. Russia/Ukraine have to figure this out themselves. We can host/encourage diplomacy, but our military needs to stay the hell away.
