Suggesting we do nothing to support a country that is being ruthlessly invaded doesn't make you "anti-war."

US started this war in 2014 when it backed a coup that overthrew the elected gov't, selected the new leaders, empowered fascists who burned people alive, & poured in $2.7 billion in weapons to shell the resisters. We should do something: stop treating Ukraine as cannon fodder.

So to you that means doing nothing now? You think that’s a moral high ground?

It is the moral high ground right now @marwilliamson. What will shipping hella weapons from Raytheon and Lockheed do but guarantee a lot more ppl due unnecessarily? Even with all the new arm shipments you're calling for, it's pure fantasy that than delay the inevitable?

I wonder what the military industrial complex thinks, or what the MSM, or military would like you to think. (pssst, be pro war...)

After we forced Ukraine to not honor the Minsk agreement, yes, we are obliged to help them.

The moral high ground is to oppose US imperialism. fair.org/home/what-you-shoul…

You know what US can and should do? De-escalate and not put more oil on fire. Facilitate negotiation. Fix the problem they helped create.

The only thing the US could do is to turn Ukraine into another Iraq or Afghanistan to sink Russia in a quagmire. But I don’t see how that would really benefit the people of Ukraine.

The US has no anti-war movement. So few, like Aaron, continuing to persevere. 😔
