Suggesting we do nothing to support a country that is being ruthlessly invaded doesn't make you "anti-war."

US started this war in 2014 when it backed a coup that overthrew the elected gov't, selected the new leaders, empowered fascists who burned people alive, & poured in $2.7 billion in weapons to shell the resisters. We should do something: stop treating Ukraine as cannon fodder.

So to you that means doing nothing now? You think that’s a moral high ground?

I think you should enlist in your favorite Ukrainian ethnic-cleansing Einsatzgruppen. That's doing something. We know from Richard Engel's reporting that they welcome and train women your age....

Elaborate what do u exactly want US gov to do? Nuke Russia? Sigh
Please give us an example of US intervention in any situation during your lifetime that was good? Because you're demanding that, the US, the world's most destructive, bloodthirsty society, *continues* to be involved in a destructive situation.

Larry Wilkerson just said that exact thing on Paul Jay's show. He knows a hell of a lot more about this than you. Also...wtf is wrong with staying out of it militarily? You don't like diplomacy? Myeah.. you're a lefty all right.
Iverson actually has a good idea, do everything possible to minimize bloodshed & negotiate. That doen't mean putting 1000s of guns in civilians hands & telling them to kill. Already we have seen Russian group of solders, & then Ukrainian soldiers in another incident, SURRENDER!
the moral high ground is to broker a peace deal. the russians have offered their conditions over and over again for years. giving weapons to ukraine is hoping for more body bags. all putin wants is an assurance of peace n the minsk accord.
Marianne, where is your moral high ground? Where was your support for the #Palestinian resistance to the illegal terrorist colonial invaders ? I guess some ‘moral high grounds’ are more privileged than others in your book Hypocrisy of the highest order.

Marianne, if you wanna run for president you may wanna drop the Kissinger-agenda on foreign policy and learn why US military interventions are a complete failure…
The U.S. is an imperial monster, we don't get to claim the moral high ground. Ever.
