It does if lending our support only prolongs and intensifies the conflict, which would hardly be an unprecedented outcome.
Suggesting we do nothing to support a country that is being ruthlessly invaded doesn't make you "anti-war."

That's one view, certainly. Others believe that there will be more prolonged and intensified conflict in the future, if we do not support the Ukrainians now. It's a legitimate debate.

If you believe the common trope that "Putin wants to restore the land of the Soviet Union" you are not well researched on this and influenced by MIC propaganda. We need to be looking to restore the rules now that the consequences of breaking the old ones are having consequences.
Come on Marianne, you as well as anyone should know that our war machinery no longer "fixes" any problems. It creates disasters everywhere it goes! I am really surprised. You are not thinking this through?
