There's definitely more than one point of view, many legitimate. The situation isn't simple. But our transgressions in the past shouldn't be used to justify neglecting the survival needs of Ukrainian people in the present. Millions of innocent people aren't a political football.

Pouring more weapons into Ukraine is not how you save lives; you save lives by negotiating a ceasefire. Pouring more weapons into Ukraine is how you create a long and expensive military quagmire for Russia at the cost of many thousands of lives to advance US strategic interests.
